use of the For-Tomorrow online store. Please note that
your use of our site constitutes your agreement to
follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not
agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
Since we may revise these terms at any time, you
should visit this page often to review the terms of
use.
For-Tomorrow makes every effort to represent as accurately as possible the
colours, styles and fits of our products. Please note, the particular technical
specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the
accuracy of its display of the colours of products shown on our site.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, photographs and
written and other materials that are part of this site (collectively, the
"Contents") are copyrights and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled
or licensed by For-Tomorrow. The site as a whole is protected by copyright and
all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by
For-Tomorrow.
All orders are subject to the availability of stock. For-Tomorrow reserves
the right to cancel any order for any reason, at which time, you will be
notified via email. All monies will be refunded in the form of original payment if an order is cancelled by us.

& Security
We value our customers and respect their privacy. We only collect
relevant customer information in an effort to improve your shopping
experience and to communicate with you about our products, services and
promotions. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties,
other than for the purpose of processing payments for the items you have
ordered.
We reserve the right to discontinue the use of this website to any
person(s)
who provides us with false or misleading information.

Shipping
& Handling
All orders within Australia incur a flat rate
shipping fee of $10.00 and will be delivered by
Australian Post Express within 2-5 working days. Capital
city addresses tend to incur faster delivery times, than
non-capital cities. If no-one is available to sign for
the parcel a card will be left to arrange re-delivery or
collection at your local Post Office. We do deliver to
PO Boxes within Australia.
Fees for international orders include the following for AIRMAIL, up to $300,
$30 postage will be charged, up to $500, $55 postage and if orders equal $600
then postage is free.
Fees for international orders include the following for tracked COURIER, up to $250,
$48 postage will be charged, up to $500, $65 postage and if orders equal or are
over $600 then postage is free. Postage using this service will be Couriered
using Australian Express Courier International within 3-8 working days. This
service can be tracked online using http://ice.auspost.com.au/ with the tracking
number provided.
We currently ship to many international countries, if you register for our
store and your country is not on the list, then unfortunately we don't ship to
your destination. Although, if you would like to send us an email, we may be
able to work something out for you.
All of our international orders will be insured for their full value.
Therefore, the total value of the order will be shown on the customs
declaration. We will not be held responsible for any additional duties/taxes
incurred by your country, so please check with your local Customs for any
restrictions and charges. Should you refuse to pay any additional charges and
your order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from
your refund or exchange.
Important Note: Like most courier services, Australian Express Courier
International requires a signature upon delivery, so please be sure someone is
available to sign for the parcel. If no one will be home to do so, please add a
comment to your order during checkout to authorise for the parcel to be left at
your selected address. Alternatively, send the item/s to work, a family member
or a neighbour to ensure full delivery. Please be advised that we will not
deliver to International Post Office Boxes.

Payment
All prices quoted on our website are in Australian
Dollars (AUD) and are Goods & Services Tax (10%)
inclusive.
For all Australian orders we accept PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit (via the
internet or through a bank teller).
For all international orders we only accept PayPal.
All purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars only. Please be aware
that your bank and/or credit card company may charge you a currency conversion
fee. Please check with your banking institution for any fees you may incur prior
to placing your order as we are not responsible for any additional fees charged
to you by any third party.
All Direct Deposit must be received/cleared within four (4) business days. If
payment has not cleared within this time frame, we reserve the right to cancel
the order.

Returns
& Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our highest concern so it is
important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we
will gladly issue an exchange provided that the following
conditions are met:

All items must
be in 100% new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags still
attached. Shoes must be unworn, without any marks and with all original
packaging (including box) in its original condition, undamaged. The condition
of returned items will be determined by For-Tomorrow.

We are notified
of your intention to exchange by email within seven (7) days of the
date of delivery.

You follow our
instructions sent to you via email for the return of the item/s.

Your return must
be received by us within ten (10) days of the date of delivery within
Australia, if international then fourteen (14) days, no slower than registered
air mail.
Please note,
returned items must be packaged safely and securely as we cannot accept returns
that have been damaged through postage. The return postage cost is the
responsibility of the customer. Furthermore the processing of your exchange or
refund may take up to five (5) days, after the For-Tomorrow has received the
original goods. We will repost your exchanged item free of charge.
Sale/Pre-Ordered
Items: For sale/pre-ordered items or discount codes used, we are unable to offer
a refund. However you are welcome to have a store credit issued to your
For-Tomorrow account that will be valid for the season of clothing purchased,
generally 6 months.

Garment Guide
It is our aim to describe the fitment
of each garment you intend on purchasing but due to
the discrepancies between sizing systems and differences
between labels, please do not hesitate to 'Contact Us'
for a more accurate determination based on specifications which we will ask you.
