The Nichole Bench by Khai Liew

6 October 2009 | No Comment

Constructed from Danish laminated Eco-ply with a lime wash, the Nichole Bench by Khai Liew is a simple folded form of flat planes that captures light and casts strong yet subtle shadows.

Originally conceived of during a trip to Paris with folded paper on a hotel room table, the finished piece made it’s first appearance at Khai’s Tiersman to Linenfold exhibition at the JamFactory in 2007 and is now available exclusively from their Adelaide showroom. Khai Liew’s designs have been collected by art galleries, museums and private collectors both in Australia and overseas.

All furniture is made to order and constructed in a small workshop by master craftsmen with the finest attention to detail.
